Postage, Exchanges and Privacy Policy

POSTAGE

We at Hamlington’s will be glad to post any purchase out to you. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is fully insured. Prices start from £5 per item depending on insurance valuation. We can also post overseas.

We can also offer this service to send purchased gift vouchers and gifts, please ask in store for further details.

We will always endeavor to post any items within 2 days of purchase but will adapt to fit in within your timescale whenever possible.


EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email. Discretionary credit notes can be offered on any item.

Any item for exchange or refund must be unworn, securely packaged in its original box and brought in to the shop or sent by registered post.

Postage charges are non-refundable and the buyer must bear the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged when purchased.


PRIVACY

All personal and contact information remains confidential and will not be sold or passed on to any third party.
